1. OTC Exchange Spread

ELRC TRADING earns revenue through a spread applied to the prevailing market rate for AUD/stablecoin exchanges. The spread varies based on transaction volume and is applied to each Quote provided by our dealing desk.

• Cancelled Transactions: If a Client fails to settle an accepted Quote, ELRC reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee to cover any market loss incurred.
• Expedited Requests: Requests for expedited settlement outside of normal business hours may incur additional charges.

5. Fee Changes

ELRC TRADING reserves the right to update this Fee Disclosure at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes to the fee structure. The current version is always available on this page.
